Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to obtain a rotating machine monitoring control system capable of measuring the partial discharge generated in a rotating machine, and control the rotating machine based on a measured partial discharge measurement value without relying on human hands. A rotating machine monitoring control system of the present invention connects an upper system and a field system having a rotating machine and a control system controlling the rotating machine through a network. The upper system includes a partial discharge data memory unit, a state determination unit, a determination result output unit, a control order transmission determination unit, and a control order data transmission unit. The state determination unit refers to a state determination model to determine the state of a rotating machine corresponding to a partial discharge data memorized in the partial discharge data memory unit. The determination result output unit outputs a determination result of the state of the rotating machine. The control order transmission determination unit refers to a control order transmission determination model to acquire a first control order command corresponding to a determination result. The control order data transmission unit transmits a control order data having a first control order command to the field system.
