To keep a braking force of a brake even in case of a leakage of a lubricating oil from an oil seal is caused, so as to make a lubricating oil not to leak to a rotating part which contacts a brake.
A crevice is formed between a rotator 7 and a supporting body 9 which becomes a flow passage of a lubricating oil, in a part, of this crevice passage, to a rotator 7 side, an inclined surface which extends in an inclined direction from a direction of a centrifugal force working on the rotator is arranged. The inclined surface of this rotating body 7 keeps an arrangement of the oil prevention section which consists of serration 16 in the directional of a stream of oil-repellent processing section 11 which crawls lubricating oil, or crevice passage. An exhaust hole 13 is formed in a supporting body 9 side while resulting [from starting position of oil prevention section of crevice passage] in brake mating surface.
