PURPOSE: To provide a rotating massaging machine capable of stirring pieces of meat present at the bottom with protruding blade pieces without any staying of the pieces of meat in the bottom and more uniformly and rapidly permeating a pickling liquid into the pieces of meat or massaging the pieces of meat without unevenness.

CONSTITUTION: This rotating massaging machine for meats is equipped with a bottomed cylindrical tank (A) having an openable and closable lid unit in the top opening and protruding blade pieces 7 in the longitudinal direction on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical side wall 1, a means for holding the cylindrical tank (A) in a tilted and laterally fallen state of the bottom side at a lower level and a rotating means for rotating the cylindrical tank in the tilted and laterally fallen state around the axial line thereof. Furthermore, the rotating massaging machine has protruding blade pieces 8 on the inner surface of the bottom in the cylindrical tank (A).
