To provide a wing system capable of being locked, in which a form that a wing can be fixed onto a system frame by two slidable locking members mutually installed on the reverse side is improved and can be operated comfortably and can be comfortably opened particularly, in the rotating and/or slidable wing system having at lest one rotatable wind and being capable of being locked.

Two locking members 5 are connected mutually by an operating member, and the two locking members 5 simultaneously release a wing 1 to a system frame from the position of locking and the wing is moved to a position where a rotating or sliding motion is permitted when the operating member is pulled in the opening direction 7 of the wing 1.
