Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the manufacture yield by writing one magnetic bubble in each of specific transfer loops, transferring it at specific time, and detecting the number of rotations from the combination of the numbers of times of transfer of magnetic bubbles to a magnetic bubble detector position. CONSTITUTION:Transfer loops D and E which have no mutual common measure and >=2 integers N1, N2... as the numbers of transfer elements are formed, magnetic bubble detectors D2 and E2 are arranged in the loops D and E, and a magnetic bubble transfer means 4 is provided independently of a permanent magnet. Further, one magnetic bubble is written in the loops D and E, and when the maximum value of N1, N2... is Nm, the transfer means 4 performs transfer Nm times and the numbers of times of transfer for moving magnetic bubbles on the loops D and E to the positions of the bubble detectors D2 and E2 are detected. Then the rotating speed of a rotating shaft, etc., is detected from the combination of the numbers of times of transfer.
