Title:
ROTATING SPEED DIFFERENCE-SENSING JOINT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1047384
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve machinability and attain downsizing by providing plungers at both end parts of a cylinder hole, providing the cylinder hole with two elastic members so as to energize the plungers in mutually reverse directions toward the outside of the cylinder hole, and providing each plunger with a cam face.

A disc part 2b of a rotor 2 is provided with a plurality of cylinder holes 2c piercingly formed, and the respective cylinder holes 2c are arranged parallel with an axis, at equal spaces in a circumferential diction. Plungers 7, 7 are slidably fitted to both end opening parts of each cylinder hole 2c. The respective plungers 7, 7 are pressed to cam faces 1c, 3a by coil springs (elastic members) 8. The plungers 7, 7 are therefore reciprocated to approach and separate from each other by the cam faces 1c, 3a when a housing 1 and the rotor 2 are relatively rotated. An O-ring S4 seals space between the plunger 7 and the cylinder hole 2c.
