Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent surface wear of a torque limiter and to prolong the shifting life in operation.
SOLUTION: This rotating tool is attached with a transmission gear provided with a planetary mechanism on an electric motor output, arranged with a rotatable internal gear A of the planetary mechanism inside a gear case 6 in the axially movable manner, provided with an engaging part engaging with an engaging part 99 provided on the internal gear A respectively on a stationary member B and a carrier C adjoining each other, and changing speed by either shifting the internal gear A to the stationary member B by moving the interval gear A or integrally forming the internal gear A with the carrier C. At least the engaging part 51 of the gear C is formed of a synthetic resin and at least a sun gear 40 and the planetary gear shaft 36a relating to torque transmission are formed of a metal. The engaging part 99 of the internal gear A engaging with the engaging part 51 of the carrier C compositely formed of material having different elastic modulus is formed of a synthetic resin.
