Abstract:
To provide a rotating toy which can be rotated by an infant and can give to the infant visual influences using an afterimage.
A colored panel 12 is freely rotatably provided around an axis L1 relative to a base body 11 and a relative position of the axis L1 is fixed to the base body. The surface of the colored panel 12 includes a plurality of monochrome areas 18 colored in colors different from each other.
