To perform the shot treatment of a required amount only to a required part by inputting the projection amount of a shot to each part beforehand in consideration of the shape, sand depth state, or the like of workpieces for every workpiece.
This apparatus is provided with a hanger 6 for hanging the workpiece W; a plurality of projectors 2 for respectively performing the shot of shot members to each part of the workpiece hung by the hanger; a flow regulating gate 23 and an electric cylinder 24 provided at an intermediate part of each supply pipe 22 for supplying the shot member to each of the plurality of projectors, so as to serve as a plurality of flow regulating means for regulating the projection amount of the shot member; a rotary shaft 5 connected to the hanger; a rotating drive mechanism 8 having a hanger driving motor 12 for rotationally driving the rotary shaft; a rotation detecting sensor 14 for detecting the turning angle of the hanger 6; and a control panel 31 for performing rotational drive control of each hanger driving motor to control the projection amount by each flow regulating means based on rotating position signals of the rotation detecting sensor.
