To realize a small size rotating vibration test machine applicable to a more precise test, with a wide measuring frequency range, by enabling transfer a torque generated at a vibration source, directly to a rotating table.
In the rotating vibration test machine, the vibration means consists of a magnetic field generation part which generates the magnetic field, a coil which is arranged so as to cross the magnetic field generated at the magnetic field generating part generates a force along the rotating direction of the rotating table at excitation of current, and an electric power source which alternately changes the current direction to the coil. The rotating table consists of an installation board, a shaft which its axis coinciding with the center of the installation board and the shaft is supported by a base in a freely rotatable state, and a flange mounted on the rear surface of the installation board. The magnetic field generating part is mounted on the base and the coil is set on the flange, and a feedback control part, performing the feedback control of the current passing through the coil, is installed.
