Abstract:
To fix a magnet to a rotating body more reliably without rattling by a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: The rotation angle detector includes a gear 41, a magnet 46 fixed to the gear 41, a magnetic detector arranged to face the magnet 46, and a holder 47 holding the magnet 46 to the gear 41. The holder 47 includes a pressing portion 47a for pressing an upper end of the magnet 46 and a plurality of claw portions 47b for pressing an outer periphery of the magnet 46 in the radial direction. The magnet 46 accommodated in a concave portion 41a of the gear 41 is pressed by the pressing portion 47a of the holder 47 and is sandwiched by the plurality of claw portions 47b so that the magnet 46 is held and fixed to the gear 41 by the holder 47. The plurality of claw portions 47b extend downward from the pressing portion 47a and are bent into a substantially V-shaped cross section, and tips 47d are directed to the outside of the holder 47 and a side of the pressing portion 47a. A plurality of fitting portions 41c into which the respective claw portions 47b are fitted are provided around the concave portion 41a. The respective tips 47d of the claw portions 47b is engageably provided on an inner surface of the fitting portion 41c. A locking protrusion 41e is provided on the fitting portion 41c for locking the tip 47d of the respective claw portions 47b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
