To suppress shortening in the fatigue life of a bolt by suppressing the occurrence of opening on the rotor axis side of a nut bearing surface caused by centrifugal force applied to a nut.
This rotation body bolt fastening structure constitutes a rotor fastening element by fastening a plurality of stacked rotor wheels 4 circumferentially with a plurality of bolts 5 and nuts. The bolts 5 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotors by making the cross-sectional shape of the shanks of the bolts 5 nonaxisymmetric so that the neutral axes of flexural deformation of the shanks of the bolts 5 are eccentrically located on the axis side of the rotor fastening element. The rotation body bolt fastening structure is also constituted to reduce the weight of a nut structure.
