Abstract:
To realize rotation control to a rotary body for reducing or stopping rotation of the rotary body, and increasing rotation of the rotary body, and improve work efficiency in adjusting balance of the rotary body.
By blowing compressed air as fluid by a nozzle 2 in an inverse direction to a rotation direction toward a side wall surface 11 of the rotary body 1 being rotated, rotation resistance as a rotation load by the compressed air blown to the rotary body 1 is increased for reducing or stopping rotation of the rotary body 1.
