Title:
ROTATION-DETECTING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001183385
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a low-cost and highly reliable rotation-detecting apparatus in a simple constitution which solves the conventional problem of a move of a detecting function part in a housing resulting in an output signal level change due to a decrease with time of a fixing force by fixing the detecting function part to the housing by an elastic force of an electric terminal.

A bent part 9a is set to an end part of the electric terminal 9. The bent part 9a is elastically deformed when set, thereby pressing a part 9b of the bent part 9a in contact with an electric contact 10 of the circuit board (detecting function part) 2. At the same time, another part 9c of the bent part 9a is engaged in contact with a groove 1a formed to an inner wall of the housing 1. The circuit board 2 is fixed to the housing 1 by the elastic force of the electric terminal 9, whereby the problem brought about by the decrease with time of the fixing force is solved and the reliability is improved. Since the electric terminal 9 is engaged with the groove 1a of the housing 1, the problem of a positional deviation and a short circuit of the electric terminal 9 can be prevented. The rotation-detecting apparatus of the high reliability is thus realized.
