Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detection device in which a disconnection due to a change in temperature hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A rotation detection device 100 includes: a columnar holder 3 storing a magnet 1 and magnetism detection means 2; a hollow housing 4 mounted on the holder 3 so as to cover an outer periphery of the holder 3. The rotation detection device further includes: a storage part 31 provided on a top end part of the holder 3 and storing the magnetism detection means 2; a pair of lead pieces 2a connected to the magnetism detection means 2 inside the storage part 31 and extending along a side surface 3c of the holder 3 from a top end part of the holder 3 to a base end side of the holder 3; and a pair of relay leads 7 whose one portion is buried in the holder 3 and connecting the pair of lead pieces 2a and a cord 8 drawn out to the outside of the holder 3.
