Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detector capable of simplifying manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A rotation detector 100 comprises: a columnar holder 3 for housing a magnet 1 and a magnetic detection means 2; a hollow housing mounted on the holder 3 to cover an outer periphery of the holder 3; a storage part 31 provided on a tip of the holder 3 and storing the magnetic detection means 2; a pair of lead pieces 2a that are connected to the magnetic detection means 2 in the storage part 31, and extend from the tip of the holder 3 toward a base end part of the holder 3 so as to abut on a side surface 3c of the holder 3; a side surface support part 5 provided on the side surface 3c of the holder 3, in contact with outside surfaces of the pair of lead pieces 2a, and for preventing the pair of lead pieces 2a from opening outward; a base part provided between the pair of lead pieces 2a on the side face 3c of the holder 3, and in contact with an inside surface of each of the pair of lead pieces 2a; and a welding pin 6 that is connected to the base part and has an umbrella part 6b for sandwiching the pair of lead pieces 2a with the side surface 3c of the holder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
