Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of the whole of a detector for simplifying its structure by using a part holder in which a metal pin and the like are insert-molded
SOLUTION: This part holder 1 is formed by insert-molding terminals 3, 4, and 5 consisting of a thin long metal plate, a metal pin, and the like inside a resin base 2. To part connection parts 3B, 3C, 3D, 4B, 4C, 4D and 5B in the terminals 3-5, a sensor part 7 and an electronic part 9 are welded for forming a holder assembly 6 serving as a subassembly. On the outside the holder assembly 6, a housing 9 and a connector 10 are molded of a resin, and the connector 10 is formed by using terminal pins 3E, 4E, and 5C in the terminals 3-5. In this way, use of a general-purpose circuit board and the like, for example, or its connecting work is not required for assembly of this rotation detector 13, and consequently, the number of parts can be reduced for simplifying the structure of the device as a whole, and assembling work can be carried out efficiently.
