Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation driving mechanism which transmits eccentric rotation force of a driving shaft to a driven shaft of a rotation load part arranged on one side area partitioned by a diaphragm when the driving shaft performs eccentric rotation with respect to a prescribed axial line while securing superior sealing property.SOLUTION: A shaft body 3 is pivotally supported by a seal member 4 and is made to be freely swingable and rotatable with respect to a rear part block part 220 while blocking an opening part (hole) of the rear part block part 220 with the seal member 4. One side end part of the shaft body 3 is connected to a driving shaft 24 via a first angle adjusting member 5A and performs precession in accordance with the eccentric rotation motion of the driving shaft 24. Therefore, the rotation driving mechanism can eccentrically rotate the driven shaft 320 while reliably preventing fluid from flowing-in from one side area of a diaphragm 230 to the other side area, adversely from the other side to one side area.
