Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which can efficiently cool permanent magnets and a coil with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 10 includes: a rotor 20 having a rotor core 21, multiple permanent magnets 22 disposed in the rotor core 21, and an end surface plate 23 which is disposed so that an inner surface 23a contacts with an end surface of the rotor core 21; a stator 30 which has a stator core 31 and a coil 32 disposed in the stator core 31 and is disposed at the outer periphery side of the rotor 20 so as to face the rotor 20; and a case 50 which houses the rotor 20 and the stator 30 and has a storage part 51 for storing a liquid therein. A lower part of the rotor 20 is immersed in the storage part 51, and a liquid guide groove 23c or a liquid guide hole 23f radially extending on an outer surface 23b is provided on the end surface plate 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
