Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of abnormal wear at a brush and a slip ring because of re-sticking of wear powder generated at a sliding part between the slip ring and the brush.SOLUTION: An air stream control plate 97u-1 is held by a holding plate 101-1 at a position between brushes 96u-3 and 96u-1, adjoining each other along the circumferential direction of the slip ring. The wear powder generated at the sliding part between the brush 96u-3 on the rear side in the rotational direction of the slip ring and a slip ring 95u is flown by air stream and scattered to the front side in the rotational direction of the slip ring. However, the scattering of wear powder to the front side in the rotational direction of the slip ring is prevented by the air stream control plate 97u-1, and is collected by a collecting surface 99u-1. Consequently, the wear powder is prevented from biting into and re-sticking to the sliding part between the brush 96u-1 on the front side in the rotational direction of the slip ring and the slip ring 95u.
