A torsion spring 20 is attached to a main body 14 that the center axis of a coil part 2002 lies along the center axis of the rotation of a switching lever 16. When an engaging projecting part 1610 is engaged with an engaging recessed part 32 positioned in the center, the engaging state is held by the spring 20. The rotating position of the lever 16 is detected via a code disk 24 and a brush 26, and a desired photometric mode is set. When the photometric mode is switched, a knob part 1608 is pressed to rotate the lever 16. When the knob part 1608 is pressed, the projecting part 1610 is disengaged from the recessed part 32, and the lever 16 goes into a rotatable state. When the lever 16 is rotated, the projecting part 1610 is engaged with the adjacently positioned recessed part 32, and the photometric mode is switched.
