To provide a rotation pitch changing device and a work processing device using the same, capable of easily and suitably changing a rotation pitch of an output shaft with a simple constitution using a gear.
The rotation pitch changing device includes an input shaft 38 and an output shaft 34 which are disposed in parallel to each other, a plurality of input side gears 39 having different numbers of teeth provided not to be rotatable relative in the input shaft 38, a plurality of output side gears 40 having different numbers of teeth provided not to be rotatable relative in the output shaft 34, pairing the input side gear 39, and a changing means 41 for changing from a meshed gear to the one having different number of teeth. The changing means 41 changes the gear meshed with each other by moving the input side gear 39 or the output side gear 40 in the axial direction by adjusting a circumferential phase of the meshed portion in a pair of gears meshed with each other before changing and a pair of gears meshed with each other after changing.
