To provide a rotation processing device capable of accurately and finely keeping the clearance between the processing section of a processing roller and a processed surface of a receiving roller when the speeds of the receiving roller and the processing roller are varied and controlled.
The rotation processing device 1 comprises the processing roller 3 having a seal block 3a and the receiving roller 4 having the processed surface 4a for receiving a whole cloth sheet 2 between it and the seal block 3a. In a processing region α, the processing roller 3 rotates at a speed the same as that of the receiving roller 4. In an un-processing region γ, the processing roller 3 rotates at a speed different from that of the receiving roller 4. Bearer flanges 30 and 30 are fixed to both axial ends of the processing roller 3. The outer periphery of the bearer flange 30 comprises an abutting circular arc section 31 abutting on the processed surface 4a in the processing region α and un-abutting circular arc section 32 that does not abut on the processed surface 4a in the un-processing region γ.
