To provide a rotation processing machine and rotation processing method, capable of delivering a workpiece and a cutting tool by using the same revolving loader and reducing a time required for a set-up change operation of the cutting tool.
A rotation processing machine 1 includes: a rotating device 2 which holds a workpiece 8 and rotates it; a processing device 3 which is mounted with a cutting tool 7 and machines the workpiece 8; and a revolving loader 4 in which a plurality of grippers 5 are arranged with the same radius distance from a revolving center axis 401 and which revolves to make each gripper 5 face the rotating device 2 in sequence. Each gripper 5 is configured to grip both the workpiece 8 and the cutting tool 7 directly or indirectly and to carry out the delivery of the workpiece 8 between itself and the rotating device 2 and the delivery of the cutting tool 7 between itself and the processing device 3.
