PURPOSE: To start driving from a prescribed position by rotating a holding means with a detaining means and an engaging means disengaged and stopping it after rotating 180°.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge which should be turned is taken into an upper holder pocket PC1 of a holder 6 detained in the horizontal position and is held. Then, a solenoid 29 is turned on and a plunger 30 is drawn back. A supporting arm 22 is turned in the direction of an arrow E against the energizing force of a spring 23, and a latch roll 28 is drawn back from the position of a notched part 12. Next, a motor 16 is turned on, and the holder 6 starts rotation in the direction of an arrow C, and a detaining means (stopper means) S and the engaging part are disengaged by a disengaging means and the holder is rotated in this state while elastically contacting with a compression spring 26. When the holder 6 is rotated 180°, the roll 28 is fitted to a notched part 11 to stop the holder. Thus, the holder is easily started because it can be stopped in a position where a driving source of high power is not required.
