Title:
ROTATION TRANSMISSION SPRING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3404409
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain rotation transmission corresponding to desired pressure by loosely-fitting an appropriate number of V-shaped leaf springs to main shaft through a common boss, connecting bosses for connecting which are located at respective top ends with each other for the formation of a spring chaining element, and providing both the end of the spring chaining element at the driving side and the transmitting side.
CONSTITUTION: A V-shaped spring 1 is constituted of a pair of leaf springs 2, 2a which have appropriate strength. Namely, both the leaf springs 2, 2a are made to stand from a common boss 3 in a V-shape, and warped outward in an arc shape from the base part 4 to the top end part 4a, and bosses 5, 5a for connecting are disposed at the top end part 4a. An appropriate number of V-shaped leaf vanes 1 are loosely-fitted to a main shaft through the boss 3, and the bosses 5, 5a for connecting of the V-shaped leaf springs 1 next to each other are connected to constitute a spring chaining element. One end part of the spring chaining element is made a driving end, and the other end is made a transmitting end, or the other end is fixed to transmit rotation reversely from the driving end for the formation of a rotation transmitting spring.
