The clutch control device 20 for controlling the engagement and the engagement release of the two-way clutch 10, is arranged on one side in the axial direction of its two-way clutch 10, by incorporating the two-way clutch 10 between an input shaft 1 and an outer ring 2. Processing cost is reduced by dispensing with processing of high processing accuracy to the outer periphery of the input shaft 1 and the inner periphery of the outer ring 2, by adopting a dog clutch as the two-way clutch 10, for engaging engaging teeth 12 of a clutch disc 11 preventing rotation by the outer periphery of the input shaft 1 and movably supported in the axial direction and releasing the engagement, to an engaging recessed part 13 formed on a blocking-up end surface of a large diameter hole part 5 of the outer ring 2.
