To indicate the position, name, etc., in an office with an acrylic name card and to store its front surface into its rear surface when not needed.

This rotation type name card is formed by bending the top and bottom of an acrylic rail 2 for vertical sliding and adhering the rail to the rear surface of one acrylic plate body 1 with 4 at the vertex of the upper part and 5 at the vertex of the lower part apart a spacing of about 3 mm from the acrylic plate body 1. A safety pin body 3 is inserted therein in a direction intersecting perpendicularly therewith. When a safety pin is fixed to a suit, the front surface of the acrylic plate body 1 is displayed on the front while the safety pin body 3 exists on the acrylic rail 4. When the safety pin body 3 arrives at the acrylic rail 5 by sliding upwardly the acrylic plate body 1, the acrylic plate body rotates around the safety pin body 3 and the rear surface of the acrylic plate body 1 comes to the front and the front surface is stored in the rear side.
