PURPOSE: To secure torque, by inserting a coil portion into an interstice between the 1st permanent magnet rotating integratedly with the 1st bearing and the 2nd permanent magnet rotating integratedly with the 2nd bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A coil portion 20 is fixed at a shell 21, and also, inserted into an interstice between the 1st permanent magnet 17 and the 2nd permanent magnet 19. The 1st permanent magnet 17 and the 2nd permanent magnet 19 are driven through electrification to the coil portion 20, and by rotating rotary york plates 16, 18, the 1st bearing 14, the 2nd bearing 15 and a cylinder 7 which are connected with the 1st and the 2nd permanent magnets 17, 19, the 1st bearing 14, the cylinder 7 and a space between the 2nd bearing 15 and the piston portion 2 of a fixed shaft 11, are enclosed by means of a vane 12, and a volume change is done, and refrigerant sucked in from the suction port 5 of the fixed shaft 11 is discharged into a discharge port 6 and a discharge passage 4.
