To provide a rotational angle measuring method or the like for measuring a rotational angle of a rotary shaft precisely, based on a pulse signal output from a sensor that outputs the pulse signal at every rotation at a fixed rotational angle of the rotary shaft, such as a rotary encoder.
A correspondence relation between a rotation speed and a measurement delay angle is prepared, by acquiring simulation data formed by simulating the rotation speed of the rotary shaft to calculate time data that represents a time interval between the pulse signals, each of which is output at every rotation at the fixed angle of the rotary shaft, based on the simulated data to calculate delay angle data representing the measurement delay angle corresponding to the time data. In actual measurement, the rotational angle is calculated from the pulse signal to be generated when the rotary shaft is rotated, and the calculated rotation speed is corrected based on the correspondence relation.
