A rotational delivery type writing utensil includes: an almost oval cylindrical external cylinder 20 having an opened tip end; a rotary cylinder 50 connected to a rear end of the external cylinder 20 and rotatable in a circumferential direction with respect to the external cylinder 20; a tip axis 30 stored inside the external cylinder 20 and protruded from the tip end of the external cylinder 20; a writing tip end 41 stored in the tip axis 30; and a delivery mechanism 60 exposing the tip axis 30 from the tip end of the external cylinder 20 in conjunction with the rotation of the rotary cylinder 50.
