Abstract:

PURPOSE: To transmit the torque in good performance, facilitate maintenance and inspection, increase the reduction ratio, and prolong the lifetime by putting a pressure contact roller in pressure contact with a rotor, and putting the drive roller in pressure contact with rotor through two follower wheels.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure contact roller housing 36 is pressed by a spring 40 toward a rotor 3, and thereby pressure contact rollers 6a, 6b are put in pressure contact with the rotor 3 with a certain pressure, and the reactive force therefrom puts the roller housing 36 in eccentricity in the direction of separating from the rotor 3. As a result, a drive roller housing 21 constructed in a single piece with the roller housing 36 is put in eccentricity in the direction of approaching the rotor 3, and a drive roller 5 having rigidity is put in pressure contact with the major dia. portions 7c, 7f of two follower wheels 7a, 7b having rigidity, while minor dia. portions 7e, 7h are put in pressure contact with the rotor 3 having rigidity. When therein the drive roller 5 is rotated by the drive motive, the driving power of the drive motive is transmitted to the rotor 3 while decelerated through frictional engagement one after another. Thus the rotor 3 is driven for rotating.
