A rotatable rotational body 16 is provided with rotatable pinching means 21 capable of being changed in the contact state where each front pinching body 22a on the front side is brought into contact with an article to be pinched 1 and in the separating state where it is separated from the article to be pinched 1, and each contact part 23a of the front pinching body 22a, to be brought into contact with the article to be pinched 1 is movably provided so that the relative distance between it and the rotational center 20a of the rotational body 16 may be increased from the separating state to the contact state.
