The vibration generator includes a means for connecting the respective VCM coils in series to be electrified, or a means for connecting a vibration controller, a signal generator and an electric power amplifier to control a rotation angle, an angular velocity and an angular acceleration of the rotary table, further a means for installing a vibration sensor on the rotary table to carry out feedback, and a means for inputting an optional waveform signal to execute an objective test mode, or the like.
