Title:
ROTOR OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59230457
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To utilize the properties of a magnet material to the maximum limit and to suppress an overcurrent of a pole surface by using an Fe-Cr-Co magnet having the same properties as an Alnico magnet, and preparing the magnetizing direction the same as the direction of anisotropy of the used magnet. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped Fe-Cr-Co magnet 16 which is substantially similar in demagnetizing curve to an Alnico magnet is punched or cut to form in the prescribed size. A plurality of holes for through bolts are formed in the magnet 16. The magnets 16 are laminated radially of a rotor shaft 18 to become the prescribed thickness, clamped fixedly to the shaft 18, and cut. Then, the magnet 16 is removed from the shaft 18, age-cooled in a magnetic field to provide an anisotropy in the bending direction of the magnet, again assembled, and the outer periphery of the rotor is polished.
