Title:
ROTOR OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60152241
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a cogging torque by laminating to align projections obliquely with respect to a rotor shaft and securing them to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A platelike magnet 10 has 2P pieces (where P: the number of the pairs of a motor) of projections 11 and 2P pieces of recesses 12. The magnet 10 is, for example, made of an alloy magnet of Fe-Co-Ni composition, and manufactured in thickness of approx. 0.5mm.. The magnet 10 are laminated in the prescribed thickness, the salient-poles of the magnet 10 are aligned obliquely to form an angle theta=tan<-1>DELTAls/lc (where lc: the laminated thickness of a stator core, and DELTAls: a slot pitch) to form a rotor magnet 13, and secured to a rotor shaft 14. Thus, a skew effect can be obtained without forming slots obliquely on the stator, thereby reducing the cogging torque.
