Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to insulate the ends of coils without losing the cooling characteristic of a stator coil by covering with an insulating material film that is liquid in the normal state and excellent in adhesion and sealing effect after hardening and whole surface of a connection member that connects the end of a bar coil and the bare section near the connection member and the bar coil. CONSTITUTION:A lower bar coil 4b round which an insulating material 5 is wound is inseted into a rotor that is provided with a rotor iron core 1 and a coil receiver 2 and a specified forming is applied to the bar coil 4b. Next, an upper bar coil 4a is inserted and a specified forming is applied to it. Next, a connecting part 6 is used to assist in the connection of the upper bar coil 4a and lower bar coil 4b at their ends. This connection is effected by brazing or soldering, At this time the area which gives thermal effect to the insulating material 5 and the connection part 6 are covered with a film 11 that is liquid in the normal state and excellent in adhesion and sealing effect after hardening. Next, the whole rotor is dried and dipped in a varnish.
