Abstract:
To provide a rotor core manufacturing apparatus which can inhibit a movable mold and a cull plate from adhering to each other during mold opening.SOLUTION: A rotor core manufacturing apparatus includes: a fixed mold 20 in which a core body 11 having a center hole 11a and multiple magnet housing holes 13 is placed; a cull plate 50 placed on an upper surface 11d of the core body 11; and a movable mold 60 which is disposed on an upper surface 50b of the cull plate 50 and is provided so as to contact with or separate from the fixed mold 20. On a lower surface of the movable mold 60, a housing part 62 which houses a pressing member 70 in a manner that the pressing member 70 can protrude from or retract into the lower surface opens. An interior of the housing part 62 is provided with a biasing member 73 which biases the pressing member 70 to the cull plate 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
