The rotor core 131 includes a first main surface 136, and a second main surface 137 located on the opposite side of the first main surface 136. The rotor core 131 includes: a laminate 150 formed by laminating a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 135, each of which has a hole 133 formed thereon, extending from the first main surface 136 to the second main surface; a groove 140 formed in the first main surface 136, and extending on the first main surface 136 to reach the hole 133; a through-hole 138 formed by arraying the hole 133 formed on the electromagnetic steel plates 135 in the lamination direction of the electromagnetic steel plates 135; and a resin part 134 filled in the groove 140 and in the through-hole 138.
