Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform magnetization to annular magnets after motor assembly.SOLUTION: A magnetization method for a hybrid stepping motor includes: a first step for putting a hybrid stepping motor (10) into a magnetization yoke and performing magnetization in a first direction (A) from the outside of a casing (1); and a second step for next replacing the hybrid stepping motor (10) within the magnetization yoke in such a manner that an end face (1b) of the casing (1) becomes reverse to that in the first step and performing magnetization in a second direction (B) that is opposite to the first direction (A). Same poles in magnetic poles (N and S) of annular magnets (8, 9 and 11) are disposed oppositely to different poles through annular rotor cores (6 and 7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
