Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rotator, capable of easily fixing a magnet into a magnet hole in a shorter time by using a resin material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a rotor, comprises: a rotor core formed by laminating a plurality of electrical steel sheets; a magnet inserted into a magnetic hole provided so as to penetrate the rotor core to a lamination direction; and a porous fixed-layer filled with a gap between the magnet and the magnet hole, and includes: a step of arranging the magnet, and a porous fixed layer formation material containing a glass-filler and a polycarbonate resin; and a step of heating the porous fixed-layer formation material by irradiating a laser into the magnet hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
