Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor that can reduce a cooling time of a rotor core.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a rotor which manufactures a rotor for a rotary electric machine, first, in a jig mounting step S3, a holding jig that holds a rotor core in which a magnet is arranged in a hole formed in a laminated steel plate in a state of being pressed in the stacking direction is attached. Further, in a resin injection step S6, a thermosetting resin is injected into the hole of the rotor core to which the holding jig is attached, and in a heating step S4 to a magnet fixing step S7, the rotor core in which the resin is injected into the hole is heated to cure the resin and fix the magnet in the hole. Then, in a jig removal step S8, the holding jig is removed from the rotor core, and in a cooling step S9, the rotor core from which the holding jig has been removed is cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
