Abstract:
To prevent a peeling of a coated film and a disconnection of a wire.SOLUTION: A motor arranged in which a core having a plurality of teeth parts 22 and a commutator having a plurality of commutator pieces have a gap 14 in an axial direction, is engaged to a terminal 12b of one commutator piece, is wound to a winding core part containing corresponded teeth part 22 in accordance with this terminal 12b, and thereafter, provides a winding 30 having a plurality of winding parts 30A to 30C engaged to the terminal 12b of a next pole on one direction side of the terminal 12b. In each of the winding parts 30A to 30C, a winding start line 31 from the terminal 12b to be engaged to just before the winding of the winding core part and a winding termination line 33 directed to the terminal 12b of the next pole from a coil part 32 are included. The winding start line 31 has: a stress relaxation part 31a passing through one end side of the teeth part 22 adjacent to one direction side of at least wining part in the gap 14; and an abandoned winding part 31d passing through the other end side of the teeth part 22 in an opposite side of the stress relaxation part 31a for the coil part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
