Abstract:
To provide a rotor in which reliability of connection between a commutator and a coil has been improved.SOLUTION: The rotor include a shaft 3, a rotor core 2, a coil 7, and a commutator 1. The commutator has a plurality of segments 5 arranged annularly around a central axis, a plurality of terminal members 9 that connect a winding 8 and the plurality of segments, and a holding member that holds the segments and the terminal members. The terminal member has a grip part that grips the winding. The grip part has an inner side arm part opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the holding member and extending in the axial direction, an outer side arm part positioned at the radially outer side of the inner side arm part and extending in the axial direction, and a coupling part that couples the inner side arm part and the outer side arm part at the end on the other side in the axial direction. The commutator has a protruding part in the grip part or at a position adjacent to the grip part, the protruding part protruding to the radially inner side or outer side. The grip part grips at least part of the winding in a portion positioned at one side in the axial direction relative to the protruding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
