Abstract:
To prevent generation of sparks at an electric contact section to prolong life of a rotor and a motor in a silicone atmosphere.SOLUTION: A rotor 3 includes: a rotor core 20 that rotates integrally with a shaft 5 and has a plurality of teeth sections extending radially; a winding 30 including a coil section wound about the teeth sections; a commutator 10 that is mounted on the rotor core 20, rotates integrally with the shaft 5, and has metal commutator pieces 11 having a plurality of terminals to which a contact section 11a in sliding contact with a noble metal brush and the winding 30 are joined; an element 40 that includes a capacitor and electrically connects between terminals to which both ends of a coil section 31 of a same phase are connected; and a coating layer 11c that is formed by applying oil to the contact section 11a.
