Abstract:
To provide a rotor and a motor which can secure centrifugal force resistant performance, while suppressing reduction of total torque.SOLUTION: A rotor 30 has a rotor core 20 and a magnetic pole part 10 with one or more pole pairs. The magnetic pole part 10 has a first magnetic pole 21, a second magnetic pole 22, a first bond magnet 31, a second bond magnet 32, a first magnetic path 41, a second magnetic path 42, a third magnetic path 43, a first rib 44, a center rib 45A, a first peripheral rib 45B, and a second peripheral rib 45C. Widths W2 of the center rib 45A, the first peripheral rib 45B, and the second peripheral rib 45C are wider than a width W1 of the first rib 44 and are equal to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
