Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce using amount of rare metal and to simplify the steps of assembling and magnetizing a rotor of a multipolarized magnet motor by forming many through holes on the periphery of disc made of a nonmagnetic material at a rotor shaft as a center, and mounting magnet pieces of rare metal magnetized in the holes. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 12 is provided on a disc 11 of a regular circle made of a nonmagnetic material at the center, and many through holes 13 are formed on the periphery at the shaft 12 as a center. Magnet pieces 14 made of rare metal magnetized are mounted in the holes 13, and the pieces 14 and the disc 11 are formed in the same plane. The pieces 14 made of rare metal magnetized are formed with magnetized zones, and a partition 15 made of a nonmagnetic material between the pieces 14 and 14 is formed with nonmagnetic strips.
