Title:
ROTOR FOR PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05308746
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the heat resistance, reliability and vibration isolation of the rotor of a permanent magnet motor without increasing its cost and manufacturing process steps so as to reduce vibration from the motor.

CONSTITUTION: A rotor core is constituted of a peripheral part 1b for securing a permanent magnet 13, center part 1c fixed to a shaft and a plurality of fastening parts 1a for connecting the peripheral part 1b to the center part 1c. By providing a constitution such that relating to a direction of laminating the fastening parts 1a, a plurality of sheets of iron plates are integrally formed by including the peripheral part 1b and the center part 1c and by omitting the fastening part 1a in the other part, a rotor excellent in heat resistance, reliability and vibration isolation is obtained without increasing the cost and manufacturing process.
