Title:
ROTOR FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MAGNETIZING MAGNETIC MATERIAL THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000341918
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a rotor for rotary electric machine, which is improved in high-speed withstanding strength by using a magnetic material which is hardly broken, even when the rotor is rotated at a high speed.

A rotor 50 for rotary electric machine is provided with a rotor coil, a first pole core body that is set up to cover the rotor coil and has a plurality of first click-like magnetic poles 23, which are magnetized by magnetic fluxes and arranged at intervals on the outer periphery of the core body, and a second pole core body that is made to face opposite to the first pole core body and has second click-like magnetic poles 24, which are alternately meshed with the first magnetic poles 23 at intervals. The rotor 50 is also provided with a first magnetic material 51, which is fixed to the first pole core body and magnetized in the direction, in which the leakage of magnetic fluxes between the material 51 and second magnetic poles 24 is reduced on the side faces of the magnetic poles 23 and a second magnetic material 53, which is fixed to the second pole core body in a state where the material 53 is made to face opposite to the first magnetic material 51 via a void section 52 and magnetized in the direction, in which the leakage of magnetic fluxes between the material 53 and first magnetic poles 23 is reduced on the side faces of the second magnetic poles 24.
