Abstract:
To maintain sufficient cooling performance to reduce ventilation loss.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a rotor of a rotary electric machine which comprises: a rotor shaft; a rotor spoke which is provided on an outer peripheral side of the rotor shaft; a rotor rim which is provided on an outer peripheral side of the rotor spoke; and a plurality of poles which are arranged at fixed intervals in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral side of the rotor rim, and equipped with: a guide member which guides cooling gas flowing outside both sides in an axial direction of the rotor rim from an inner diameter side to an outer diameter side along the sides and after that, guides the cooling gas between the poles located in the axial direction or directions of the poles; and a plurality of support members which are attached to the rotor rim or the rotor spoke to support the guide member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
